What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each rental comes with an experienced crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of beverages. The particular details vary by type of rental — evening cruises offer premium refreshments and snacks, while business rentals come with meeting amenities and corporate catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
To secure a booking, we advise making a reservation 2–3 weeks before your desired date, or 4–6 weeks ahead for company events and special celebrations, particularly during the high season from May to September. This ensures better availability and time for personalization.
What's the procedure for inclement weather conditions?
Our primary concern is safety. If our captain determines the weather conditions to be unsafe, we'll suggest an alternative date for the charter or issue a full refund. We closely watch the weather forecast and will get in touch with you if the weather seems likely to be problematic 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own edibles and non-alcoholic drinks aboard. Alternatively, we can provide deluxe catering services with menus tailored to your preferences. Be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are prohibited on the yacht.
Do your yachts cater to guests who have accessibility needs?
We aim to make our services accessible for everyone. Some yachts are more equipped for guests with limited mobility than others. Reach out to us with your requirements during the booking process, and we'll suggest the most appropriate vessel and make any necessary preparations.
What is the policy for cancellations?
Cancellations done 72 hours prior to the departure are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours will get a 50% refund. Any cancellation occurring under 24 hours before the scheduled time is non-refundable unless caused by adverse weather or mechanical failures from our end.
